Service Call Agreement *

I agree to an onsite service call which may be billable if the problem is customer premise equipment, an internet carrier or user error. If this is a warranty issue the hardware is under warranty, warranty does not include free onsite service calls. Our technical support can be used to troubleshoot issues and we can ship equipment under warranty to your location. A $250 service call fee will be charged to your account if we find this to not be a covered issue under our terms of service. We offer this service due to our clients needing emergency services and time is off the essence. I understand that service visits are provided within an estimated arrival time window and that additional services, parts, or labor may incur additional charges.
